Just like many of our customers and their clients, we operate 7-days a week, 365-days a year. Our primary function is recruiting highly qualified catering, hospitality, and maintenance staff from across Canada to work for employee-focused Alberta-based remote camp operators. Every year since 2002, our recruiters have contracted with some of the largest remote camp operators in western and northern Canada and have supplied them with thousands of new employees for their operations. Major industries our remote camp partners and affiliates serve are oil, gas, forestry, mining, exploration, and construction. Typical jobs we recruit for include 1st Cook, Baker, 2nd Cook, Breakfast Cook, General Kitchen Helper, Sandwich Maker, Dishwasher, Janitor, Camp Attendant (housekeeping), and Camp Maintenance. Skilled labour positions include Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter, Refrigeration Mechanic, and all related apprentices. Management positions we recruit for include Field Supervisor, Camp Manager, and Chef Manager. We are passionate about our unique remote camp recruitment process and are motivated by the positive benefits it has produced for our recruits, our customers, and their employees and clients. We only recruit people that will, on average, measurably improve the workforce quality at remote camp operators that we partner with.
